Welcome and scope of the law
Welcome to our internal reporting system for communicating information obtained in a work or professional context with Adasa Sistemas, S.A.U. (hereinafter, Adasa). Through this system, you can report infringements of European Union law, as well as actions or omissions that may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
How the whistleblower can act
Adasa's internal channel allows information to be submitted in writing, verbally, or both.
As a whistleblower, you can choose to communicate through the following channels:
- Web application (external management): https://canaldenunciascms.com/adasasistemas/
- Telephone (external management): + 34 91 091 74 04 (Code: 14301)
- In person or by post: with the SII Manager at the request of the informant, at the following address: Calle Ignasi Iglesias, 217-219, El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona (08820).
Your communication should contain as much information as possible.
You should not send any personal data that is not relevant to the information.
When you submit information through any of the available channels, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint within 7 calendar days of receipt, unless this could endanger the confidentiality of the communication.
Please note that if you make your communication by telephone from a landline number, you will need to provide your email address or mobile phone number so that you can receive the acknowledgement of receipt.
Otherwise, we will be unable to send you this confirmation.
How your report is handled
When processing communications submitted through this internal reporting system, the confidentiality of the information provided and the protection of whistleblowers and third parties involved are guaranteed at all times, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of 20 February.
Each communication will be automatically assigned a unique case number and the informant will receive an acknowledgement of receipt confirming the submission.
In the case of anonymous communications, the system will display the acknowledgement of receipt on the screen and provide a password that must be kept safe, as it is the only way to access the communication, follow up on the case, communicate with the person in charge of its management, provide additional information or respond to possible requests for information.
Once the communication has been received, the person in charge of handling it will carry out a preliminary analysis to determine whether it falls within the scope of the SII and whether it is appropriate to initiate an investigation.
Within a period of 3 months, which may be extended by a further 3 months in cases where this is necessary due to the particular complexity of the case, you will receive information on the action taken and, where applicable, the outcome of the investigation.
Data protection
We inform you that the personal data you provide in your communication will be processed as specified in the Privacy Policy.
Anonymity
You can communicate completely anonymously through the web application.
It is not mandatory to provide any personal information.
